Comfort li(f)e —
A vital space for stability and renewal

Comfort li(f)e takes a fresh look at the idea of the comfort zone and gives it a new meaning.

Instead of seeing it as a fixed, safe space, the project shows that the comfort zone is actually dynamic—a place where personal growth happens.

Inspired by real-life stories, it focuses on how resilience and staying true to your values can help you handle life’s challenges and create a deeper connection to your goals.

The project sees the comfort zone as more than just a safe spot—it’s a space for learning and self-improvement.

By exploring biographies and creative visuals, it offers a new way to think about expanding your comfort zone, not by making drastic changes, but by growing gradually.

It’s designed for young adults and anyone going through a time of personal change who wants to reflect on and stretch their comfort zone. The project gives you practical tools and inspiration to try new things and build resilience along the way.

Comfort li(f)e mixes thoughtful ideas with eye-catching design. Interactive media, visual content, a booklet, an app, and a magazine series help you take a closer look at your comfort zone. Everything is designed to make personal growth feel more accessible and relatable.

A lot of people feel stuck in their comfort zone, but this project wants to flip that perspective. It shows how your comfort zone can be a springboard for real, sustainable growth and resilience. The goal is to help you embrace new experiences and live a more meaningful, balanced life.

The project includes a beautifully designed booklet, an app you can personalize, a magazine with inspiring life stories, posters, and bookmarks. The bookmarks, printed on premium Gmund Action paper, are small but powerful reminders to reflect and discover more about yourself.
